Strength

Our Strength class is designed to build confidence and power through controlled, intentional movement using heavier weights. Each week will feature three strength classes, upper body focus, lower body focus, and full body. Letting you train every major muscle group with balance and care. Expect a steady, empowering burn that leaves you feeling strong, supported, and deeply accomplished.
